Refund Policy

CinderBackup sells one-time digital licenses. Because our products are delivered digitally, the following terms apply:
14-Day Conditional Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if the product license has not been activated, accessed, or downloaded. Once the license has been delivered and used, the sale is considered final and is non-refundable.
Non-Delivery
If you completed payment but did not receive your product or license, you are entitled to a full refund or prompt redelivery. Contact us and we will resolve it.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@cinderbackup.co with your full name, the email used at purchase, and your order details. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for licenses that have been activated, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
